All of the exercises in the fitness portion can be done without any equipment, and demonstrations will be shown for how to utilize common household items. However, some things might be helpful to have on hand such as: resistance bands, yoga blocks, yoga straps, blankets or towels, and some kind of weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, or ankle weights).

My approach is simple. Add more of the good stuff in rather than take stuff out. For example, you can set a goal for yourself of having to drink a certain amount of water each day before you have any other type of drink. This sets you up for small wins and keeps you from feeling deprived.

If you have special circumstances, let me know and I’ll be happy to create a tutorial specific to your needs. If for some reason you can’t participate in the physical practices, there will also be subtle body practices as well.
